Okay, we have been at this for 2 weeks now, and I bet there is nobody out there thinking this is fun. But believe it or not, this is a really important time in our collective history. This is a time when we are experiencing something new and unencountered before. This is going to change and shape the way we do things from now on.
We are meeting this challenge of a pandemic on many levels: as a society, as a community, as families, and as individuals, and it is becoming evident that how we act on one level has an effect on the others.
Tomorrow, we will get back to class content. But for today, I want you to reflect on the experiences of the last two weeks. How have you and your family dealt with the pandemic? Are you nervous about this, or are you taking this in stride? What are some things that your family is doing that you may not have done for a long time? How do you think that our society will change as a result of dealing with this pandemic? You can type this up in Google classroom. There will be no journal today.

song of the day
As Charmageddon drags on, I have been revisiting the mighty Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Last night I was watching Guardians of the Galaxy...I have to admit, when it first came out, I didn't think I was going to like it, so I skipped it. After seeing Infinity War, I knew I HAD to see it. I LOVED IT, and one of the reasons why is the amazing soundtrack. The way James Gunn selected the music and paired it with the action on screen was genius, and really enhanced the movie. From Guardians of the Galaxy, here's Ooh Child, by the Five Stairsteps.
